Pulkovo airport told about the first flydubai flight from St. Petersburg to Dubai.
St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport has successfully served the first flight of the state airline flydubai from the United Arab Emirates. Pulkovo has become the ninth airport in the route network of Dubai airline in Russia.
The carrier has a total of over 110 destinations in 53 countries around the world which can be easily accessed by visitors and residents of the Northern Capital thanks to the convenient connections and connections at Dubai airport.
In honor of the opening of direct flights from St. Petersburg to Dubai, every ninth passenger received gifts from the airline and the airport after check-in. One of those who lucked out was the senior assistant captain of the ship, Anton Yurov.
He travelled on vacation with his wife Anastasia and son Platon and received a certificate for a free flight on flydubai. Other passengers received from Pulkovo airport certificate for service in the business lounge.
On December 15, the Emirates airline began daily flights from St. Petersburg to Dubai. Thus, since the end of January 2023 a total of 14 flights a week will be performed from Pulkovo to Dubai.
Tourists arriving in the United Arab Emirates will no longer need to show a certificate of vaccination or negative results of PCR-test to get on the flight. At the same time, passengers traveling with a stopover in Dubai must follow the requirements of their final destinations.
